Please review these terms before requesting a local or outstation cab with Recab.

Booking requests

When you press Proceed Booking, your request is saved with Recab and a prefilled WhatsApp message also opens. A request does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability or a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the trip details.

Trip details

Please provide accurate contact details, pickup and drop addresses, travel date, time, and preferred cab type. Vehicle availability and the final journey details will be confirmed directly with you before travel. The photographs on this site illustrate vehicle categories; the assigned vehicle may differ.

Fares and additional charges

Please confirm the fare, route, inclusions, tolls, parking, interstate taxes, waiting time and any other applicable charges with Recab before accepting a booking. Any advance paid will be adjusted against the final fare.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable change or cancellation terms should be agreed with Recab when your booking is confirmed.

During your journey

Passengers should comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. Travel timings can vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
