Information you share

When you send a booking request, you share your name, mobile number, pickup and drop addresses, travel date and time, and cab preference. You may also share information directly when you call or message us.

How the booking form works

When you press Proceed Booking, your details are stored securely in Recab's booking system so our team can arrange your trip. A prefilled WhatsApp message also opens; WhatsApp processes messages according to its own privacy practices.

Why we use your details

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and coordinate your journey, assign a driver, record payments, and contact you about your booking.

Sharing and retention

Trip details may be shared with the driver assigned to your journey. Booking records are kept as needed to manage trips, payments and any related issues. We do not sell your details.
